Acceptance and service scope
By using the website or Publisher pilot, you agree to these terms. The website provides studio information, consultation routes, and a planning estimate. Publisher is a company-pilot tool for Re:SCOOP operators and is not yet offered as a public multi-user service.
A quote-builder result is an estimate for discussion, not a binding proposal, invoice, or promise to deliver work at that price or schedule.
Eligibility and account authority
You must be legally able to accept these terms and authorized to act for every brand, business, campaign, and social account you connect or manage. Do not connect an account or submit content for another person without permission.
OAuth connections and platform rules
Social connections use each provider's OAuth consent flow and requested scopes. Your use of TikTok, Meta services, Threads, X, OpenAI, Seedance, storage, and other providers remains subject to their separate terms, policies, limits, reviews, and fees.
You can refuse requested permissions or disconnect an account. Provider approval of a scope or application does not guarantee that a particular post will be accepted or displayed publicly.
Campaign content and media rights
You retain rights you already hold in material you provide. You give Re:SCOOP and the selected processors permission to store, transform, render, transmit, and publish that material only as needed to provide the requested workflow.
You are responsible for having the rights to text, images, video, music, people, trademarks, claims, and other material used in a package.
AI-generated content and review
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other material, or unsuitable for a platform. Review factual claims, rights, brand fit, safety, and platform requirements before approval or before enabling automated publication.
You are responsible for applying required commercial-content, partnership, synthetic-media, and AI-generated-content labels. Publisher can record or transmit supported disclosure settings, but it does not replace your judgment or legal obligations.
Approval, scheduling, and autopilot
Approving a package authorizes Publisher to submit the saved, selected destinations and media. Scheduling authorizes submission at the saved time. Explicitly enabling autopilot authorizes Publisher to generate, validate, and submit eligible future occurrences without a separate final click when all saved policy and preflight gates pass.
A package can still stop for action when required media, provider access, disclosure, budget, or preflight evidence is unavailable. Publisher must not silently publish a partial or invalid package.
Prohibited use
Do not use the services for spam, deceptive engagement, impersonation, harassment, unlawful discrimination, infringement, malicious code, security probing, platform manipulation, or content that violates applicable law or a selected provider's rules.
Optional providers and charges
Advanced video, storage, platform API access, advertising, or other external services may have separate usage charges. A bring-your-own provider key remains governed by that provider account. Paid jobs require the saved workflow and operator approval rules configured for the pilot.
Availability and provider limits
We aim to operate the pilot reliably, but availability depends on local or VPS infrastructure, network access, social APIs, review status, quotas, rate limits, account standing, and provider changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, publication acceptance, public visibility, traffic, engagement, leads, or business results.
TikTok can restrict posts from an unaudited Direct Post client to private visibility until the integration passes its review. A draft-upload flow can also require completion inside TikTok.
Suspension, disconnect, and termination
Re:SCOOP may pause a workflow, disconnect a provider, or stop access when needed to protect accounts, investigate failures, comply with law or provider policy, prevent prohibited use, or maintain the pilot. You can stop using the service and disconnect social accounts at any time.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the pilot and website are provided on an as-available basis without a promise that generated content or provider behavior will meet every requirement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
To the extent permitted by law, Re:SCOOP is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by provider outages, rejected posts, account restrictions, unauthorized instructions, unreviewed AI output, or material supplied without sufficient rights.
Malaysia law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. We may update them when services, providers, or legal requirements change; the effective date identifies the current version.
