Santa's Job Gone Wrong begins when a Christmas delivery leads Santa into a house occupied by murder victims whose spirits want the case solved. Players inspect rooms and objects, interview the undead residents, collect clues, solve riddles, combine tools in Santa's workshop, unlock new areas, and make a final accusation based on the evidence gathered.
